Dedicated Deployment: One-Time Setup Fee
Provisioning a private instance involves infrastructure setup, domain configuration, and integration testing. A one-time setup fee of $500 (≈ EGP 25,000) applies to Dedicated deployments — covering white-glove environment provisioning and your first onboarding session. EGP invoicing is available for all Egypt-based and MENA clients at the prevailing exchange rate on the invoice date.

Both deployments run the same codebase and feature set. In Shared, your data lives in an isolated database on shared cloud infrastructure — your data is fully separated from other tenants at the DB layer, but application servers are shared. In Dedicated, you receive your own private instance: separate application servers, your own database host, a custom domain, and your choice of deployment region. Dedicated also includes a contractual 99.9% uptime SLA and eligibility for security review and DPA.
The 14-day Trial supports up to 50 engineers. The Shared plan supports up to 300 engineers. The Dedicated plan is unlimited. If your organization is approaching the Shared roster cap, contact us — we can expand the limit or transition you to Dedicated with full data continuity and no re-onboarding.
Yes. All prices displayed are in USD for international clarity. Egypt-based clients are invoiced in EGP at the prevailing exchange rate on the invoice date. The EGP equivalents at current rates are: Shared = EGP 15,000/month (EGP 150,000/year); Dedicated = EGP 25,000/month (EGP 250,000/year); Priority Support = EGP 5,000/month; Premium Badge = EGP 10,000/month. Contact us to discuss fixed-rate annual contracts in EGP to eliminate FX exposure.
Yes. Migration from Shared to Dedicated is fully supported with data continuity — your roster, skills, feedback cycles, tiering history, and engagement records all transfer intact. We recommend planning the migration at a renewal boundary to minimize disruption. The one-time Dedicated setup fee ($500) applies at migration time, and your credit for any remaining Shared subscription period is applied to the Dedicated plan.
Yes. Each of the 8 modules has an enable/disable flag at the tenant level. There is no pricing penalty for disabling modules you haven't adopted yet. Start with Feedback Cycles to build the review habit, then activate Skills Intelligence and Engagements as your team matures. The subscription price stays the same regardless of which modules are active.
On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. During that window we provide a full export in JSON and CSV format covering all modules: roster, skills, feedback history, tiering records, engagement blueprints, and audit logs. We never delete data without giving you the opportunity to export first. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our retention policy.
The Shared plan is available month-to-month with no minimum commitment. The Dedicated plan requires a 3-month minimum on monthly billing, or a 12-month annual contract. Annual contracts on either plan are the equivalent of 10 months paid (2 months free) and are available as fixed-value contracts in USD or EGP.
No. The tiering engine computes a Talent Score from weighted feedback signals and surfaces a suggested tier with full explainability. A human — the tenant admin or a designated talent council — makes every final tier classification. The platform is human-in-loop by design: data-informed, never automated. Every tier decision and any override is permanently recorded in the audit trail with the actor, timestamp, and written rationale.
